過去に産業廃棄物の不法投棄のあった豊島を訪れ、波や祭りの音など、島を象徴する音を採録した。
それらの音は一度データとなり、数学的処理によって支配的な周波数へと変換される。
周波数はさらにクラドニ図形として可視化され、私はその形を墨で描き起こした。
自然が放つ「声なき声」は、直接的には聞き取れないが、数値や形を介すことで姿を現す。
本シリーズは、存在しながらも掴みきれないものに、ひとつのかたちを与える試みである。

Visiting TESHIMA, an island with a history of illegal industrial waste dumping, I recorded sounds symbolic of the island—the waves, the sounds of festivals.
Once these sounds were converted into data, they were converted into dominant frequencies through mathematical processing
The frequencies were further visualized as chladni figures, which I drew in original ink.

The "voiceless voice" of nature is not directly audible, but it appears through numbers and shapes.

This series is an attempt to give a form to something that exists but cannot be grasped.
